Warranty Policy

At AF Bathroom and Heating, we pride ourselves on delivering quality bathrooms and kitchens built to last. All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind. We work with trusted suppliers who offer warranties that vary by product type and brand.

1. Product Warranty

Bathrooms & Kitchens: Most of our bathroom and kitchen products come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, with many items offering extended warranties of up to 5, 10 or even 25 years, depending on the brand.
Appliances: All kitchen appliances are covered by the appliance manufacturer’s warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years. Registration may be required for extended cover.
Furniture & Units: Cabinetry, worktops, and fitted furniture generally come with a 5- to 10-year warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.
Taps, Showers, Fixtures: Warranties range from 1 year to lifetime, depending on the supplier.

2. Installation Warranty

If you choose our recommended installation service, all installation work is covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This covers issues directly related to the quality of our workmanship, such as faulty sealing or incorrect fitting.
Please note: this does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by third parties or self-installation.

3. Warranty Conditions

To ensure your warranty remains valid:

  • Products must be installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
  • Any faults must be reported as soon as they are noticed.
  • Regular maintenance (such as descaling taps and cleaning seals) must be carried out where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase will be required for all claims.
  • Where a manufacturer’s warranty is offered, customers may need to register their product directly with the supplier.
