AF Bathroom and Heating

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all goods and services provided by AF Bathroom and Heating (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.
- Scope of Work
We offer two types of services: Supply Only, which includes the provision of bathroom and kitchen products, and Supply and Fit, which covers both the provision and full installation of products, including all necessary plumbing, heating, tiling, and electrical work where applicable.
- Quotations and Estimates
All quotations provided are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are based on the information available at the time of quotation and may change if you request modifications. Any variations to the original scope must be confirmed in writing and may result in additional charges.
- Orders and Payment
To confirm your order, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of quote acceptance. For supply-only orders, the remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery. For supply and fit services, payments are made in agreed instalments with the final payment due upon completion of the work. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or other approved methods. Late payments may lead to delays and may incur interest charges.
- Delivery and Installation
For supply-only orders, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. You must inspect goods on delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. We do not accept liability for issues arising from third-party installations. For supply and fit services, we will agree on an installation date with you and aim to complete the work within the specified timeframe. You must provide clear access and ensure the area is ready for work unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or supplier delays.
- Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals and permissions before work begins. Please inform us of any known structural, electrical, or plumbing issues prior to starting the work. For safety reasons, children and pets should be kept away from the work area during the installation process.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Supply-only orders may be subject to restocking fees upon cancellation. Custom or special orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. For installation services, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date to avoid losing your deposit. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, which is available upon request.
- Warranties and Guarantees
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We provide a 12-month guarantee on workmanship for all installations, unless stated otherwise. This guarantee becomes void if products are altered, misused, or installed by a third party after supply.
- Liability
We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from factors outside our control, such as adverse weather or third-party supply problems. We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or inconvenience. Our total liability is limited to the value of the contract.
- Complaints
Please raise any concerns with us promptly so we can address them. Formal complaints should be submitted via email to info@afbathroomandheating.co.uk.
- Data Protection
We comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and will use your personal data solely to fulfil our contractual obligations and provide follow-up support. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
